Other Nearby Parks
We’ve visited all of the National Park Service sites in Nevada, and we’ve loved them all. Lake Mead National Recreation Area is the closest to Tule Springs followed by Death Valley National Park. Great Basin National Park shouldn’t be missed though. It’s about 4.5 hours north of Las Vegas. We included Great Basin on our trip to Utah a few years back which makes the drive not quite so long.
Other parks that are within a day’s drive are Joshua Tree, the Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon.
